BW Estate & Crown Works in Weston-super-Mare has been sold. The estate comprises 84,563 sq ft of industrial accommodation on a site measuring 5.8 acres.
Private clients of Alder King sold the estate in an off-market transaction to private clients of Avison Young at a price reflecting a net initial yield of 9.95 per cent.
The property is multi-let to about 50 tenants generating a total net rental income of approximately £509,000 per annum.
